Downtow Port Orchard is hosting the amazing Decorated Tree Contest, as well as an abundance of holiday lights and displays will grace the entire downtown area to make all “merry and bright!” And, while the lighted boat contest will not be open to the public, don’t be surprised to see many festive boats adorning the waterfront.
